My first thought when I approach life is people. Eagerly, I seek to know more about individuals and why they are the way they are. I custom fit my interactions to the person and actively engage them in genuine conversation. It doesn't take long to know someone more than most people know them but it does take purpose. How have they come this far and where are they trying to go? Only then, when someone knows you are truly for them, can they truly be for you. This is the way I desire business to be. I am ready for the challenge--the challenge to change a culture and make us all successful.
